DR. MARTIN RAY
Owner & Medical Director
Dr. Ray is recognized as a national and international expert in aesthetic medicine for skin and body rejuvenation. He is highly engaged in the Medical Aesthetics industry, regularly delivering presentations and participating in conferences worldwide as cutting-edge technologies and techniques continue to evolve.
Dr. Ray is a member of the Canadian Association of Aesthetic Medicine, the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, the Canadian Academy of Sport and Exercise Medicine, and formerly served as a Director and Executive Board Member for the British Columbia Society of Aesthetic Physicians. He is a published author, a key opinion leader for multiple advisory boards, and instructs physicians and nurses through lecture and hands-on practicums.
After graduating from Yale University, Magna Cum Laude with honours and distinction, he completed Medical School at McMaster University and was selected Chief Intern at the University of Toronto, Scarborough General Hospital. Dr. Ray went on to complete his Family Medicine training at the University of British Columbia and has practiced medicine for over 35 years. In addition to being committed to making a difference in his patients’ lives, Dr. Ray is an enthusiastic and active member of the community. He supports numerous local initiatives, including youth sports, local school programs, the Alzheimer Society of Canada, Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Greater Vancouver, the Canadian Cancer Society, the Delta Community Hospital Foundation, Hockey Helps the Homeless, and the Little House Alcohol & Drug Addiction Recovery Society. Most importantly, Dr. Ray is a compassionate, caring physician who embodies trust in his patients, staff, and colleagues.
When not practicing aesthetic and sports medicine, Dr. Ray can be found playing hockey, skiing Whistler, canoeing rapids in the Yukon and Northwest Territories, or paddleboarding with the whales in the Pacific Ocean. He also enjoys swimming; biking; yoga; and spending time with his wife, Dr. Judith Fletcher, their three children, and grandchildren.
LAURIE
Patient Care Coordinator
Laurie brings a wealth of experience in customer service and administration to View Laser. Her friendly, warm demeanour always ensures a seamless and welcoming experience for every visitor.
With a background as a Hospital Unit Assistant and Fitness Instructor, she’s developed a unique blend of medical terminology knowledge and people skills. She holds certifications in Personal Training, Weight Training, and Yoga, which reflect her dedication to health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals. She loves working in a collaborative team environment and takes great pride in helping patients feel their best.
Outside of work, Laurie enjoys pilates, yoga, and travelling with friends and family to places like Portugal, (which was one of her very favourite trips!)

MADISON
Medical Aesthetician
Madison is a certified Aesthetician and Laser Clinician with advanced training in skin care and rejuvenation. Educated in Scottsdale, Arizona, she brings several years of hands-on experience and numerous aesthetic certifications. She's also dedicated to ongoing professional development with leading laser and skin care brands.

Her sincere approach, extensive knowledge, and warm personality make her a valued part of the View Laser Skin Rejuvenation team. Madison is passionate about helping clients feel confident and comfortable in their skin, and she looks forward to supporting your health and beauty goals.

Outside the clinic, Madison enjoys the beautiful things in life, including road biking and spending quality time with family and friends.

GRACE
Medical Aesthetician
Grace is a graduate of the Blanche Macdonald Global Esthetics program and holds multiple certifications, including Sofwave, IPL Photorejuvenation and hair removal, HydraFacial MD, and more. She specializes in skin care and providing exceptional patient care.
Passionate about helping patients feel confident and radiant, she takes pride in empowering individuals to feel like the best version of themselves. She brings discipline and enthusiasm into everything she does, and is dedicated to continuously learning and growing in the aesthetics industry.
Even outside of work, Grace counts skincare as a personal passion. She also likes board games, cards, and bowling and was formerly a competitive acrobat and all-star cheerleader.

Operations Manager
Rhonda Hayre leads View Laser & Skin Rejuvenation with over 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare and business operations. She brings a unique blend of compassionate leadership, strategic insight, and operational expertise to her role, balancing the science of skin health with the art of comprehensive, personalized care.
Passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences, Rhonda is dedicated to building strong, empowered teams and cultivating a culture of professionalism, warmth, and accountability. She believes that success is built on trust, integrity, and a shared vision, and she leads with those values every day. Her hands-on approach is collaborative, forward-thinking, and innovative as she works closely with medical and aesthetic professionals to ensure every clinical aspect reflects the highest standards of safety and service.
Focusing on clinical excellence and patient-centered care, she's committed to creating an environment where both patients and staff feel genuinely supported.
