PREPARING FOR YOUR CONSULTATION AND FIRST VISIT

We want to make your first experience at View Laser Skin Rejuvenation as smooth and relaxing as possible.

GETTING HERE

We are located at 1443 View Crescent in Tsawwassen, BC. There are small parking lots with free parking on both the View Crescent and 56th Street sides of the clinic.

Once you've parked, please make your way to our front entrance, which is on the View Crescent (east) side of the building. You will see a glass door labelled with our clinic name and a glass entryway that leads to an inner door.

Upon entering, immediately turn left to take the staircase to the second floor and turn to the right at the top of the stairs, where our receptionist will greet you.

FORMS

We ask that all forms be completed prior to your appointment (ideally 48 hours before). If you did not receive a form after booking your consultation, please click here to open a fillable PDF of the aesthetic medicine patient intake form. We recommend setting aside 10-15 minutes to thoroughly fill this form out to the best of your abilities. Once populated, please email your completed form to reception@viewlaser.com. You may also bring a hard copy of the completed form with you to the clinic.

If you are currently using skincare products, please take photos or make a list of the brands and ingredients; this is beneficial as skincare will be discussed in your consultation.

At the end of your consultation, you will be provided with a personalized comprehensive treatment plan. The plan will include treatment descriptions, number of recommended treatments, pricing and estimated costs, as well as any specials currently being offered. We’re happy to also email you a copy of your treatment plan.

FRESH FACED

Please arrive wearing no makeup, specifically avoiding complexion products such as foundation, concealer, tinted moisturizers, powders, etc. If you do not have time to remove your makeup before your appointment, please arrive a few minutes early to thoroughly cleanse your skin; we provide makeup remover, face wash, and face towels in our restroom.

It is imperative that Dr. Ray and the aestheticians thoroughly assess and analyze your skin to provide you with a comprehensive treatment plan and recommendations. Please note it’s also important to have clean skin for your photographs.

PHOTOGRAPHS

As an expected standard of care in the industry, photographs will be taken at your first appointment. Dr. Ray will walk you through various different expressions and angles. Before-and-after photos are an integral part of assessing treatment results and are required for a patient’s medical record. Furthermore, if a patient requests additional treatment at a follow-up visit, we are required to document the area needing correction.

Patient photographs are strictly confidential. Photographs will not be shown to other patients, be displayed in our slide show, or used on our social media platforms or website without full consent.

SAME DAY TREATMENTS

If you believe you would like treatment the same day as your consultation, please disclose this when booking your appointment. This will allow us to schedule enough time to ensure you may receive any treatment requested. If there is not enough time for a same-day treatment, we are happy to find another day and time that works best with your schedule. Please note that same-day treatments are at the discretion of Dr. Ray and staff. Some treatments cannot be performed without proper preparation and adequate planning.

Consent forms will be provided at the clinic and must be filled out prior to any treatment. Dr. Ray and one of our staff members will go through the consent form with you and also provide after care/post-treatment instructions.
