We are a physician-directed medical aesthetics practice with highly qualified, experienced staff. Our medical director and owner Dr. Martin Ray has over 15 years of experience in aesthetics and over 35 years practicing medicine. He is recognized nationally and internationally as an expert in aesthetic medicine. Dr. Ray serves on multiple advisory boards, is an Allergan staff injector and faculty member, an MD Codes™ trainer, and is a key opinion leader in the industry. Our entire team offers safe, high-quality clinical services and products in a clean, comfortable environment. We are dedicated to helping our patients achieve effective, natural results.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN A FIRST TIME CONSULTATION?

Our staff will be in touch before your first visit to send you a comprehensive questionnaire to gather some personal information as well as your medical and aesthetic history. Ideally you’ll fill this out 48 hours prior to your consultation. For new patients we charge a $100 consultation / cancellation fee, which is applied as a credit to any treatments or products you wish to purchase.

 

During your first visit you’ll be welcomed into our reception area. Dr. Ray will review your medical and aesthetic history. He will spend time in order to understand you, including your lifestyle, your needs, and your concerns. After a comprehensive assessment, you will discuss the treatments he recommends. Dr. Ray will then share before-and-after photos of View Laser patients with similar conditions. Selected patients have consented to share their photos as a courtesy to help others make good decisions and set reasonable expectations for their results. He will then walk you through the various treatment processes, discuss any risks, and most importantly explain what you can expect as an outcome.

 

Our medical aestheticians are readily available to address any questions or concerns you may have, both at the time of the consultation and afterwards.

 

Virtual consultations are available (via Zoom) if necessary.

WHY DO YOU CHARGE A $100 CONSULTATION FEE?

We treat our consultation fee as a deposit. If you decide to purchase any treatments, products, or services, the fee is 100% applicable as a credit. We book our Medical Aesthetician and Dr. Ray’s time so they can thoroughly go through your medical history and create a comprehensive treatment plan. The fee helps encourage patients to attend their appointment or provide more than 48-hours notice for cancellations.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that unexpected delays can sometimes occur. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours of notice. Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 48 hours from your appointment time will result in a $100 cancellation fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment without notice, we may not be able to accommodate you.

WHAT’S THE BEST APPROACH TO IMPROVING MY APPEARANCE?

We recommend you have a comprehensive medical aesthetics assessment with Dr. Ray. An in-person consultation is the best way to address your concerns and create a personalized treatment plan for you to optimize your results. Combining medical aesthetic treatments that include Botox®, dermal filler, laser, and skin care can provide amazing and natural results.

HOW MUCH DOES BOTOX® COST?

Botox® costs $10.00 per unit; patients typically spend between approximately $300 to $600 for a treatment. However, the most important question to ask regarding Botox® treatments should be about the experience of the injector and the type and quality of results achieved. The cost of a Botox® treatment will depend on many factors such as your age, strength of muscles, quality of the skin, and desired result. A consultation is the best way to determine your needs and the associated cost.

 

View Laser provides considerable added value and savings within our comprehensive treatment plans. We offer complimentary follow-up treatments to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction.

 

We also offer membership in Brilliant Distinctions® Canada. This program allows you to collect points each time you purchase Botox®, Juvedérm®, CoolSculpting®, Latisse®, or SkinMedica® services or products. Once earned, you will receive cash back in the form of an e-transfer from Brilliant Distinctions. Additionally, Brilliant Distinctions will periodically send members special promotions that can also be redeemed toward treatments.

 

For therapeutic Botox®, pricing is on a sliding scale, from $5 to $10 per unit, depending on the amount required. There is no sales tax on therapeutic Botox®. It is not covered under MSP; please consult with your third-party insurance regarding coverage.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept cash, debit, and credit (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

We’re also pleased to offer payment plans through Medicard third-party financing. Patients can apply online, via email/fax, or by calling Medicard for the quickest response. Applications are typically processed within one business day for pre-approval. From there our team will coordinate with Medicard on your behalf, though you may need to submit certain documents directly.

WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCT RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our return policy is designed to make the process as simple as possible.

  • 30-Day Return Window

    • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened and in its original packaging.

  • Refunds & Exchanges

    • Unopened Items: If your product is unopened, you can choose between a full refund or an exchange for another item of equal value.

    • Opened Items: For opened items, if there’s an issue with the product that we are unable to resolve, you may be eligible for a clinic credit instead of a refund or exchange.
