"I evaluated Nancy utilizing the MD Codes™ emotional attributes. Nancy reported wanting to look less tired, less saggy, younger, and more attractive. She was interested in improving her skin hydration, thickness, and elasticity, and in decreasing redness.
Her initial Botox® Cosmetic treatment included 4 units in the forehead (frontalis muscle), 24 units in the glabella (corrugator and procerus muscles) for her “11s,” 4 units above the outer part of each brow (orbicularis oculi) for a brow lift, and 8 units on each side of her eyes (orbicularis oculi) for her smile lines. She returned in one week’s time and I added 2 more units of Botox® into her forehead (frontalis) to soften the peaking (spocking) of the brow lift. Total treatment was 52 units of Botox®.
Dermal filler treatments were broken into two sessions, two weeks apart, all using Juvéderm® products. Following the MD Codes™, I made the following injections: temple injections T1 and T2; cheek injections CK1, CK2, CK3, CK4 and CK5; chin injections C1, C2, C3, C4, and C5; nasolabial fold injections NLF1, NLF2, NFL3; jawline injections JW1, JW2, JW3, JW4, and JW5; lip injections LP1 through 8. I also provided scalp injections with cannula to give an additional lifting of the tissues. Products used included eleven syringes of Juvéderm® Voluma®, one syringe of Juvéderm® Volift®, three syringes of Juvéderm® Ultra Plus, and one syringe of Juvéderm® Ultra, for a total of 18 syringes of fillers.
