"I evaluated Wendy utilizing the MD Codes™ emotional attributes. Wendy said she wanted to look less tired, less saggy, slimmer, younger, and more attractive. She wanted to improve her skin’s elasticity and address some redness and brown spots. Wendy was also concerned with fine lines and wrinkles on her forehead, cheeks, and around her eyebrows, and with her lip shape.
Her initial Botox® Cosmetic treatment included 6 units in the forehead (frontalis muscle), 26 units in the glabella (corrugator and procerus muscles) for her “11s,” 4 units above the outer part of each brow (orbicularis oculi) for a brow lift, and 9 units on each side of her eyes (orbicularis oculi) for her smile lines. She returned in one week’s time and I added 3 more units of Botox® into her forehead (frontalis) to soften the peaking (spocking) of the brow lift. Total treatment was 60 units of Botox®.
For Wendy’s initial dermal filler treatment I utilized four syringes of Juvéderm® Voluma® and one syringe of Juvéderm® Volift® in her cheeks, temples, and nasolabial folds. Her second session included injections of Juvéderm® Voluma® to her temples (T1 & T2), Juvéderm® Volbella® in her forehead (FH1, FH2, FH3) with cannula, Juvéderm® Voluma® in her cheeks and chin (CK1, C1, C2, C4), Juvéderm® Ultra Plus for her marionette lines (C6), and Juvéderm® Ultra in her lips (LP 1 through 8). Her total treatment plan was comprised of 10 syringes of Juvéderm® products.
